Scope of Service Experience

Primary responsibility is coordinating all phases of tenant improvements and building remodels and upgrades. In his day-to-day work acting as the owner's representative, he manages the process including defining the scope, soliciting bids, approving contracts and invoices, monitoring the schedule and quality of work, and organizing the completion documents such as as-built drawings and operating manuals.
