Mike Weekly, as Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for assisting in supervising the day-to-day work of the Facility Maintenance Division for all NAI FMA managed properties. Since joining NAI FMA in 1997, he has been intricately involved in overseeing the general maintenance of several managed properties in the Downtown Lincoln area. Mike holds a Third Grade Engineer License and has successfully completed the 16-hour OSHA-approved seminar on asbestos maintenance and has attended the Pneumatic Temperature Workshop. Mike is experienced in hot water and steam boiler systems, variable and constant air volume systems, and 3-pipe mechanical systems.
